2. CONCLUDING CONTRACTS ELECTRONICALLY
In the zilacakemould.com web store placing orders and concluding contracts is done online via the web site. The contracts are deemed as contracts between distant parties. (Governmental decree (17/1999. (II. 5.) on contracts between distant parties). The electronic contract is concluded in the course of the purchase by agreeing with the payment and delivery terms and conditions and by hitting the Purchase button – i.e. by finalising the order. Hitting the Purchase button automatically means acceptance of the General Contract Terms and Conditions. The contract done via online purchase is not deemed as a written contract and thus it is not accessible in filed form. The conclusion of the contract is certified by the electronically saved purchase data. The language of the purchase and of concluding the contract is Hungarian.
3. PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pick up in person
The ZilaCakeMoulds can also be picked up in person at the Zila Coffee House and Restaurant, at the cake order counter. No preliminary order needs to be made for this.

In case of pick up by delivery the invoice will be found in the packet.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under Governmental Decree 17/1999. (II. 5.) the customer shall be entitled to have the right of withdrawal in case of contracts between distant parties. Withdrawal justification may be exercised without (further explanation) within 8 business days from receipt of the product.
5. THE DAY OF RECEIPT
In the case of delivery: the day when the packet is taken over from the courier company;
In the case of pick up in person: the day when the product is taken over and paid in our Café
The day of receipt is not included in the 8 business days.
6. NOTIFICATION ON THE INTENT OF WITHDRAWAL
You are requested to notify us on your intent of withdrawal the soonest possible (but not later than within 8 business days), by e-mail sent to the e-mail address order@zilacakemould.com (declaration of withdrawal).
7. COSTS AND REFUND
In case of withdrawal the customer shall bear the cost of returning the product. In case of returning a product it shall preferably be returned in the intact and original packet to the following address: Zila Kávéház Kft., 452 Üllői út, 1183 Budapest. The prices of the ordered and paid products will be refunded to the customer the soonest possible but not later than 30 days, according to the law. Customers should note that we have the right to claim for compensation of our damages resulting from misuse.
8. GUARANTEE
